Lists and SysOp Permissions

If a SysOp creates a List, they will automatically be listed in the Permissions row.  SysOps can still add additional SysOps from this window.

SysOp List Permissions: Two Groups of Permissions

SysOp permissions, for 'Lists General' and the 'Lists Admin', include two groups.

The first group is global permissions that let a SysOp create or delete lists, assign them to Processing Steps or Policies. These permissions can be set per SysOp account in the Accounts window.

The second group of permissions let a SysOp manage internal lists, list entries and the whole list information. These permissions can be set per list in the Settings tab of New List/Edit List window.

List Owner

The List Owner permission gives the selected SysOp the 'Edit and 'View' permissions. It 'List Owner' is selected, both the 'View' and the 'Edit' permission will be selected.  In addition, if List Owner is no selected, you can only choose the 'View' or the 'Edit' permission.

Use as Auxiliary List

The 'Use as Auxiliary List' permission allows SysOps to use and see Lists when using the 'Proceed to List' Action.

Shared Lists will only be available if those SysOps have 'Lists' permission and permission for that list.

See Accounts SysOp and Admin Permissions for more information on Account Permissions.
