Creating Shared Lists in the Lists Window
This article explains how to create a list in the 'Lists' window.
- In the Lists window, click the Create tab.
- Enter the List Name and select the Restrict Actions. If no actions are chosen, all actions are applied.
- The List Assignment options are not required for a Shared List.
- After completing the steps, click Create List.
New entries can be added or imported. The lists can be updated and will automatically apply to all groups associated with the Shared List.
Depending on the assigned permissions, the lists can also be made available across all Group Policies.
